“Truly incredible experience! I cannot recommend Healthy Duct enough, especially John! John helped me first thing in the morning and did everything he could to come that day to see to what we thought might be mold in the ducts. I have a newborn at home and was especially worried for her sake, and John saved the day!!!  I am so grateful. I can easily say I have never received such professional and swift aid!!! Thank you so much!!”

Our Air Duct Cleaning Process

First, we assess the need for system cleaning by conducting an internal walkthrough, using a small camera to show its current condition.

If the customer agrees to the team, procedure, and price, we're ready to proceed the morning of the assessment.

Then, we inspect the air handler, supply and return vents, assess accessibility, and provide a written estimate for the your consideration.

  • Protect floors and personal belongings.

  • Pre-vacuum floor vents.

  • Connect a 5000 CFM HEPA negative air machine.

  • Use a mechanical rotating brush or compressed air for ductwork cleaning.

  • Clean main supply and return trunks.

  • Clean the AHU air handler unit, focusing on the coil assembly and blower motor.
